Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Your user name along with password
• Fees/Charges : Fees and/or charges paid are non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate payment for the same service.
• Donations : Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds : Refunds are issued from the same bank that received the transaction amount. All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are equal to the transaction amount received in INR. Please note that transaction charges, processing fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the request.
